A brand-new development, created in collaboration with MedicTactic and specialized external contributors from elite units, FMK9 is our vision of what a Canine First Response Medical Form should be. Designed for military and internal security canine operators as well as civilian operators, it eliminates the need for poorly translated English forms, the use of American forms that don’t match our protocols and equipment, and homemade forms that disintegrate in water, sand, mud, or hastily printed on unsuitable paper.

Made with the best available materials, FMK9 allows writing with most pencils, markers, and pens. It is reusable and waterproof, suitable for all weather conditions and work environments.

Designed to be easily used by personnel familiar with FMA and FMPI (you can find our ultra-hardened versions!), and for facilitated use under stress, our FMK9 can be used in all conditions and locations, including regular training, as it can be reused almost indefinitely.

Our FMK9 forms are perfectly suited for emergency situations and can be secured to the treated personnel via ELASTIK™, CROKYD™, or your own methods (shock cord, paracord, string, etc.) thanks to the integrated perforation, which does not compromise the form’s water resistance.
